1. Identity Verification Requirements You must submit a clear, unexpired photo of one of the following legal documents:

Your ID document must clearly display your full legal name, date of birth, document number, and an unexpired expiration date.
2. Proof of Address (POA) Requirements To verify your residence, you must upload a document issued to your name within the last 90 days. We accept:
- Utility Bills: Gas, electricity, water, or waste management invoices.
- Other Bills: Landline, internet, or mobile phone statements.
- Financial Docs: Official bank statements or credit card statements.
Every Proof of Address document you upload must prominently display three critical items matching your profile attributes:
- Your Full Name (matching your government photo ID)
- Your Current Residential Address (matching your registered profile details)
- A clear Issue Date showing within the last 90 days.
Information for U.S. and Non-U.S. Customers:
- U.S. Customers: Documents must be issued within a permitted state and must not originate from any of our Prohibited Territories.
- Non-U.S. Customers: All documents must be printed using the standard Latin alphabet. If your regional documents are printed in a non-Latin script, you must provide an official, certified English translation alongside the original document for review.
